1. 40 mins on the treadmill each morning. Burn about 450 calories.
2. Eat a healthy breakfast using some of our products. For example:
* OATS. Heat a packet (in milk) in the micro, add crushed almonds and Cashews and a sprinkling of our
Orange Flavored Cranberries. There's no need to add sugar. Enjoy. If you need to eat snacks, eat some
roasted Cashews, Almonds or some orange flavored Cranberries.
* toast 2 slices of brown bread (flax or wheat). Eat with fried egg sunny side up. You can spread some jam on
one slice and butter on the other if you want. Have it with coffee or tea. This should keep you going for
about 3 hours. If you need to eat some snacks, eat some Cashews, Almonds or O F Cranberries.
* Dalia (Porridge) is very healthy. Make a big pot and keep it in the fridge. Heat some each time you need it.
Add crushed Almonds, Cashews or Pitachios and some OF Cranberries.
Basically, the idea is to eat healthy and to eat less. I lost 35 lbs in 3 months following this routine. Now
I am a consistent 153 lbs (5'10").
