Today i am going to talk about 1 of our best selling products -  Roasted Almonds  

Almonds are among the healthiest of all nuts/seeds. The best way (in our opinion at least) is to eat them roasted. Roasting almonds is not easy. you have to be able to maintain the juices within, and we have perfected that technique. Try our Roasted Almonds either in 100g packages or in bulk. Hospitals love them. why won't you?

 

Some major Benefits of eating Almonds:

-  Did you know that eating  a handful of almonds twice a day can reduce your cholesterol    

    levels by up to 9%

-  Almonds can lower high blood pressure. They are high in Potassium (helps reduce hypertension, diabetes,  

    stroke and heart  disease) and low in sodium.  They also stabilize sugar levels in your body.

 -  eating Almonds during pregnancy is very beneficial to mother and child.

 

 How to eat our Roasted Almonds

  1. eat them as snacks. Carry them along with you. Our 100g snack pack can easily last you for quite a while. Keep a packet in your vehicle.
  2. Crush them and add them to your breakfast meal (ex Oats or Dalia). Read my first blog.
  3. Add almonds to your salads, cakes, puddings, etc. Be creative. My kids  love to mix them with orange flavoured cranberries and eat them as snacks.
